Fresh ears of corn

Preheat your X&E smokeless grill to 400°F.
Shuck the corn and remove any silk. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil or melted butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the ears of corn on the grill, turning every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking. Grill for a total of 12-15 minutes, or until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
Serve the grilled corn hot off the grill with additional butter and salt if desired.
For added flavor, try sprinkling the corn with chili powder, paprika, or Parmesan cheese before grilling.
Soak the corn in cold water for 30 minutes before grilling to keep it from drying out.
If you prefer a smoky flavor, wrap each ear of corn in foil before grilling.
