Smokeless grills are simply a steak lover's dream. Smokeless grills are usually equipped with temperature controls that allow for precise control of the grilling temperature, resulting in controlled cooking of steaks. You can choose the doneness of the steak, such as medium, medium rare, or full rare, according to your personal preference to ensure that every bite is to your liking.
First, you will want to select a fresh steak. You can choose different cuts of steak, such as filet mignon, rib-eye, or sirloin, depending on your personal preference. Before grilling, remove the steak from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature to ensure even cooking.
If you prefer, you can marinate the steak before grilling for added flavor. You can use a simple marinade such as olive oil, salt, pepper and other seasonings, rub it evenly over the steak and marinate for a while to allow the seasoning to penetrate the meat.

Typically, grilling for 3-5 minutes per side is medium-rare. After grilling one side, flip the steak with a spatula or tong and continue grilling the other side. Make sure both sides are evenly heated to maintain the tenderness and texture of the steak.
When finished, remove the steak from the grill and let it rest on the grill for 2-3 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. While resting, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper or add other seasonings to taste.
